East toward Bundy, then onto Tigertail. The street climbs; the spec houses sit above the road.
LeBron bought this newly built eight-bedroom spec house on North Tigertail in 2017 for $23 million — about 15,850 square feet, elevator, theater, city-to-ocean views — while he was still a Cavalier. He had already owned another Brentwood house (later listed on Rockingham in 2021). Star maps still treat Tigertail as the Westside address. Fair warning: in 2020 he also bought a Beverly Hills compound that later write-ups call the family base. Ownership on this street changes; the architecture does not. Drive it as a published 2017 purchase, not a guarantee he is home.
Look for
A pale contemporary with walls of glass, sitting up from the street with a long motor court. Next door territory: Jim Carrey’s longtime ranch at 615 N. Tigertail, listed 2023–2025 after thirty years.
- Purchased 2017 for $23 million
- Eight bedrooms, about 15,850 square feet
- Same street as Jim Carrey’s 30-year Brentwood estate (615 N. Tigertail)
Steep, narrow, and camera-heavy. Stay in the lane. No turnarounds in motor courts.
