In May 2024 the Wall Street Journal reported Kendrick Lamar paid more than $40 million for this 16,200-square-foot farmhouse on Westridge — nine bedrooms, reclaimed wood, a near-acre lot. It last sold for $19.5 million in 2019. Gwyneth Paltrow was the famous neighbor at 1701 Westridge until she sold in January 2025. Reese Witherspoon’s old Mandeville compound left her portfolio in 2022. This is one of the few 2020s purchases on the loop with a published address.
