Dr. Dre Estate

Brady–Gisele château, plus Arnold’s gated enclave

12780 Chalon Road · Los Angeles, CA 90049

Drive from stop 8

0.8 mi · 4 min

West along the ridge toward Chalon. You will hit a guard gate — that is the stop. Do not argue with the booth.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen built this château-inspired house at 12780 Chalon around 2011 — roughly 18,000 square feet on a multi-acre pad. Dr. Dre bought it in 2014 for $40 million after the Beats sale, $10 million under asking. The street is Brentwood Country Estates: fourteen lots, Hilton-family gates, the same enclave where Arnold Schwarzenegger has kept a compound since 2002. Heidi Klum lived here too. This is the current-money stop on the loop, and the least visible. The tour ends at the gate on purpose.

Look for

A 24-hour gate on Chalon and a glimpse of château roofs beyond. You will not see the tennis court or the donkey paddock.

  • Brady–Bündchen build, sold to Dr. Dre in 2014 for $40 million
  • Brentwood Country Estates: 14 lots, guard-gated
  • Arnold Schwarzenegger’s longtime Brentwood compound is in the same enclave

Private road beyond the booth. Turn around before the gatehouse. Do not follow residents through.
